Group Creation

Groups are created to assign or make changes to a group of items or users at once. The primary purpose of creating a group is to simplify work by assigning bulk actions, such as grouping a bunch of items to assign them in one go or combining items with similar topics. Users can be grouped even with different roles; grouping users helps assign tasks for a program or manage user permissions together.

  1. Click Setting icon and navigate through the settings popup.
  2. Click Groups under the Customization section.

  3. The Group List is displayed with Item Group, User Group, and Case Group.
