Asset

You can enhance the Skrive platform by including assets such as audio, video, and image, which will assist you in program creation.

1. Click Setting icon and navigate through settings popup.
2. Click Audios under the Resources section. 
   
    
3. The Asset Management List page is displayed with All Assets, Images, Videos and Audios section. 
   
   

Customize Asset Header

1. Click the Hamburger Menu at the right of Audios, to view the Customize Display of the tab columns/headers. 
   
    
   Note: Rearrange any of the table headers to display specific column information as required.
2. The following are the table headers:
   • Asset ID: Unique ID generated when an Asset is created.
   • Org/Ref. ID: Organization or reference id is an alternate ID.
   • Title: Asset name of the Asset ID created.
   • Format: View the format of the uploaded asset.
   • Programs: View the name of the program.
   • Created Date: Date when the asset was created.
   • Created By: Name of the person who created the asset.
   • Status: View the following status.
     • Active
     • Waiting for Approval
     • Rejected
     • Inactive 
   • Action: A choice to Edit, Clone and Edit, Bookmark, and Delete.

Adding New Asset

To add new assets, follow these steps.

1. Click Add New Asset. 
   
    
2. Enter the following general details in the Add New Asset page.
   • Enter the Asset Name, Reference Id, and Description.
   • Select the Program from the dropdown.
   • Click Upload to upload the asset from the local folder. 
     Note: According to the uploaded format of the asset, the application allows it to be categorized under images, videos, or audio.
   • Add Metatags for Assets, if required.
   • Click Submit to add the asset to the asset list.
